Cognizant Technology Solutions and Arizona State University are partnering to offer the Cognizant Digital Business Analyst Certificate Program, taught by faculty from the W. P. Carey Department of Information Systems, with additional interaction from Cognizant practice leaders.
All course material in this 10-week train-to-hire certificate program is taught online, so you can learn and complete assignments whenever and wherever it’s convenient for you. Two on-site residential workshops in the New York City area — as well as a third workshop offered virtually — are required. After successful completion of the program, you're guaranteed an in-person interview for a business analyst position at Cognizant.

The Cognizant Digital Business Analyst Certificate Program is a train-to-hire program, meaning that although you’ll unlock critical skills to help you no matter where your career may take you, you’ll be learning skills and techniques necessary to become a successful business analyst with Cognizant. 90% of students who completed this program in spring 2019 received an offer to join Cognizant as business analysts.

There is no cost associated with completing this train-to-hire program, as Cognizant is providing the instruction and learning platform for you. However, to enroll, a program placeholder fee of $500 will be required at the time of admission. The placeholder fee is refundable in full if you 1) complete the requirements of the certificate and 2) accept an in-person interview for placement with Cognizant Consulting at the conclusion of the program.
Those who qualify will be asked to submit an official program application, which includes a current resume, unofficial transcripts (ASU alumni and students can provide their ASU IDs), any test score information and a personal statement. You'll also be asked to apply for one of the specific open positions with Cognizant, and you're welcome to indicate any other geographic preferences you might have.
