Pathway to a graduate degree in education

Earn a master’s degree while working at your Opportunity Culture school

Public Impact’s Opportunity Culture initiative aims to put high-quality teachers in front of more students, provide educators with greater career opportunities and redesign schools into smaller teams led by multi-classroom leaders. That’s why Arizona State University’s Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and the Opportunity Culture initiative have partnered to help you earn a master’s degree and advance your career while continuing to make an impact in your current role.

All master’s degree options are available 100% online. The non-certification degree options are ideal if you have a bachelor’s degree and work in a non-teaching role, such as reach associate or paraprofessional. If you teach full time and have a bachelor’s degree in an area other than education, the graduate teacher certification programs may be a better fit. No matter the path you choose, you can continue to work in your current full-time role.
