Jump start your studies at ASU with a scholarship

In this time, when the world faces unique challenges, ASU wants to help you begin or continue your progress toward an undergraduate degree by offering a scholarship toward one of our online open courses.

The scholarship will cover the cost of completing and converting one course for academic credit. This scholarship only applies to learners who enroll as an ASU degree student to fall 2020.

*Limited availability - scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scholarship eligibility

You must register for the course before June 16, 2020. Scholarship recipients can select from courses offered either this spring or summer, or on a self-paced format.
You must be paying for this course on your own and not participating in another partnership program, such as the Starbucks College Achievement Plan or the ASU and Uber Education Partnership.
The scholarship does not apply to courses that have already been converted for credit.

Submit application

Submit your information below. You’ll receive an email notification within three business days confirming that you’re eligible for the award. Please note: We will only notify those who have been awarded the scholarship.

Register for class

Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can register for your first course by following the instructions provided in the email confirming you have received the award. You must register before June 16, 2020.

Apply scholarship

Upon course completion, the cost of the course will be reduced to $0 and you’ll be able to convert the course for credit.

We are no longer accepting submissions.

However, you can still participate in Earned Admission.
